Vitamin B6 , dosed at 100% of the nutritional reference values, reinforces the action of magnesium.

HOW TO USE

Swallow 1 tablet per day with a glass of water, preferably in the morning.

Mineral: magnesium oxide; bulking agent: sorbitol; film-coating agents: cellulose derivative, titanium dioxide, polydextrose, talc, maltodextrin, medium-chain triglycerides; anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids; bulking agent: silicified cellulose; modified starch ; vitamin B6

1 tablet provides 300mg of magnesium (80% of NRVs*) and 1.4mg of vitamin B6 (100% of NRVs*)
