Refund policy
At ÕRAS, our main goal is your complete satisfaction; that’s why online shopping with us is easy and transparent. However, if you are not satisfied, we offer an easy RETURN POLICY.
RULES

The deadline for requesting an exchange or refund is 10 days from the day of order confirmation

As a protective measure against COVID-19, all product(s) must be sealed in its original packaging, including the protective cellophane or labels (if any).

Clearance/sales items are non-refundable or exchangeable

The Customer shall ensure that the product has all components (gifts, sets, samples,..), respecting the original shipping condition

A copy of the invoice must be preserved & accompanied by the item(s) returned
CANCELLATION OF UNDELIVERED ORDERS
You can cancel the order - Free of Charge – via (E-mail, WhatsApp, or Web Contact Form), as long as the order has not yet been shipped.
In case the order has been processed & dispatched to the courier, the order will complete its cycle until it reaches you. At that point, you will be able to proceed with a return. Once processed, we will credit your account for the value of the returned order net of delivery charge to your ÕRAS account within 4 days of order receipt.
RETURN OR EXCHANGE OF DELIVERED ORDERS
In case the Customer changed his mind and wanted to return or exchange an order or product(s) from an order, ÕRAS supplied an easy process:

Contact our customer service team via (E-mail, WhatsApp, or Web Contact Form) communicating your intention to Exchange/return

Mention the order number

Mention the product(s) you want to exchange/return along with an attached photo showing that it meets our rules & qualifications

Send the product to the delivery agent along with the invoice
Customer Service’s Part

Study your request and validate it according to our rules to accept it

Contact the customer via (E-mail, WhatsApp, or Web Contact Form) with the return information and procedure

Review the returned product(s) – once received from the courier - with the previously shared info to finalize the request

Refund your ÕRAS account with credits net of LBP 40,000 processing fees within 4 working days of the product(s) receipt

Process your exchange within 4 working days of the product(s) receipt for a processing fee of LBP 40,000.
FAULTY OR WRONG ITEM(S)
At ÕRAS, we have high standards when it comes to preparing & shipping your order; however, mistakes can occur from time to time. If you receive an order with one of the below cases, we encourage you to contact Customer Service as soon as possible to investigate the case & arrange an exchange or return, accordingly:
