DESCRIPTION

MELATONIN PLUS is indicated both to reduce the time taken to fall asleep and to alleviate symptoms of jet-lag.

HOW TO USE

Take 1 tablet per day, preferably after dinner. The dose can be increased up to 2 tablets per day.

For jet-lag symptoms: the beneficial effect is obtained with a minimum intake of 0,5 mg to be taken close to bedtime on the first day of travel and on the following few days after arrival at the destination.
