HOW TO USE

Shake well before each use to mix the 2 phases together. Hold a cotton pad soaked with the lotion on each closed eye. Gently pat the cotton pad on the eyelid for 10 seconds, to dissolve eye shadow well, and then wipe over eyelashes without rubbing, from the root towards the tip.
