HOW TO USE

Starting at the outer corner of the eye, trace just above the lash line to the inner corner of the eye.

- For a smoky eye: Apply a slightly thicker line along the outer edge of the eye and smudge to soften and blend.

- For a dramatic look: Trace the inner rim of the bottom lash line from the outside corner to the inside.
